We are pleased to be a contestant in the Startup4climate competition, Sweden’s largest innovation challenge within the energy sector, organized by GodEl and Ellevio. The purpose of this challenge is to promote and support clean energy solutions and innovations that have the highest potential in accelerating the global energy transition. All innovations and startups in the competition are presented on We Don’t Have Time, a social network dedicated to increasing awareness about the climate crisis and its negative consequences. Novige AB received a 2.1 million EUR grant from the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) under the LIFE programme to design, build, deploy, test, and certify its first full-scale pilot WEC unit, NoviOcean NO500 in an offshore test site by 2025/26.
